The Saab Festival will not require any registration and doesn't cost anything in registration fee. On the other hand you have to arrange with accomodation and other practicalities yourself.

You will find a great number of things to do in the region. Trollhättan isn't just the Saab factory, The Saab Museum, ANA Trollhättan - The worlds largest complete Saab Unlimited Partner, ANA Begagnade Delar (former SDCC) and the Erik Carlsson roundabout. If you arrive in Trollhättan earlier in the week, we can recommend the the classic car meet down by the locks every Wednesday at 6pm - 9pm arranged by the local vintage car club. More info at www.tuv.nu.

This year the Saab Festival conicides with the local Water Festival an annual festivity that not only brings water into the powerful waterful but also fills the city with acitivities and entertainments for the whole family.

Yet another reason for coming to Trollhättan the 15-18 of July is that the rally for the midnight sun for vintage cars passes thru Trollhättan. The cars arrives in Trollhättan at Thursday afternoon and continues towards Karlstad on Friday morning. Don't miss this oppotunity to see a lot of classic cars especially not the 21 Saabs that's entered. Read more about the rally for the midnight sun at their webpage via the link below.

Below you find links to both Trollhättans and nearby Vänersborg and Uddevallas tourist informations and also to accomodations in the three cities.
